Allworx Reach offers a seamless integration between your Allworx phone and your mobile device, allowing you to enjoy its extensive functionality on the go. With Reach, you can make and receive calls using a SIP handset, complete with features like Transfer, Park, and 3-way conference. It also provides convenient access to all your contacts, including those in the Allworx directory, personal contacts, and contacts shared from other apps. Additionally, you can view your call history and monitor the presence and busy lamp field status of other Allworx users. With Reach, you can efficiently manage your voicemails right from your mobile device.

It is important to note that for this app to function properly in the background and receive calls, it requires access to an Allworx server running software version 8.4 or newer. If your Allworx server is running older pre-8.4 software or is in a network environment that does not support push notifications, Reach will recommend using Allworx Classic Reach 4.2 as an alternative.
